The virotype PRRSV PRO Primers/Probes contains primers and probes for amplification of RNA from Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) of North American (NA) and European (EU) genotypes in multiplex real-time RT-PCR. 

These reagents have been developed with a new design compared to virotype PRRSV NA/EU Primers/Probes (PR282335) to ensure broad coverage and inclusion of newly identified NA strains.
